Based in beautiful Te Whanganui-A-Tara, Wellington, Anne-Marie is an experienced Social Services practitioner with over 20 years of experience in Child Protection, Fostering and Care, Child Health and Disability, Adult Health, NGO Services and Youth Services.

Having provided Professional Supervision since 2011, Anne-Marie is committed to supporting professional development and promoting wellbeing through critical reflection.

In supervision, Anne-Marie creates a safe space for professionals to explore and reflect on work related issues, and the impact these have on them both professionally and personally.

Anne-Marie brings a trauma informed and strengths based approach to supervision, that is grounded in cultural humility.
